Les photo shoots ont débuté cet  été quand j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer le chef de Europea Jérôme Ferrer et d'essayer du foie gras pour la première fois. Non, je ne suis pas encore un connaisseur de ces aliments, mais heureusement, j'arrive à être initié par le meilleur! La prolifique Katrine Paradis a préparé son Macaroni au fromage réconfortant que j'ai photographié (et mangé!) dans la lumière de fin de journée. Enfin quelles seraient ces semaines froides avant Noël sans cuisson? Les Macarons de grand-maman Jeanne sont une combinaison mortelle de chocolat, noix de coco et de la confiture de framboise. Miam!

I started on this issue last summer when I had the chance to meet Europea's chef Jérôme Ferrer and be initiated to foie gras for the first time. No, I'm not a connoisseur of such foods but luckily I got to be initiated by the best! The prolific Katrine Paradis prepared her comforting mac and cheese which I photographed (and ate!) in the late afternoon light. Finally what would these cold, pre-Christmas weeks be without baking?Take a look at the Macarons de grand-maman Jeanne: a deadly combination of chocolate, coconut and raspberry jam. Yum!
